One of the things Jonah remarked about one day was the fact that from their perspective, we Humans are very serious.
“There is not enough humor on your planet,” they said, and suggested that we needed to lighten up to dissipate the density whenever possible.
“When people are learning this System they must have a sense of humor!”
Why is that important?
Jonah explained. “Because when you start toning these symbols, your voice is going to crack and pitch and go off in all sorts of directions. This happens as part of the release process and you must understand that this is a new energy you are introducing to your body – it is going to take time for your ‘vocal demonstration’ to be comfortable housing the energy.”
I can tell you from personal experience that this is absolutely true! I hope you will laugh when it happens to you – I did. It still happens to this day so you must learn to laugh at yourself. It can be quite entertaining.
Jonah highly recommends we learn to laugh at ourselves again. My ‘perfectionism syndrome’ still rears its ugly head every once in a while, but I do not get stuck in that quagmire for long. Perhaps you have been a very serious person all your life and cannot find any humor in making mistakes or being less than perfect. None of us are perfect so we must let that go once and for all. Learning this system brings us closer and closer to that goal.
You cannot make any mistakes using the Sirian Energy System because the symbols have their own intelligence and do all the work of clearing out that old programming.
Jonah has an excellent sense of humor! They crack jokes, tease, are extremely witty, but always with the intention to teach you to see the lighter side of every situation. I grew up in a family where humor was the antidote for everything, so meeting Jonah and discovering that laughter was something they appreciated, was a bonus.

Think of something or someone that you love – your partner, your child, your pet, your highest achievement – and pay attention to how you feel all of a sudden. Notice how your body reacts to that thought. Did you smile involuntarily? Did your cheeks feel warm? Did your chest/heart area pulsate? Notice how tension leaves your body – even if only for a moment.
It’s so simple, yet so powerful.
